We all want long healthy nails. Like everything to do with our bodies; we need to eat right for our bodies to look good and feel good. So if you have recently removed your acrylic nails and they are all dry and flaky – or – your nails are failing to grow your because they snap easily, this could be an indication that your body is deficient of a few nutrients.
The following foods are particularly rich in strengthening nutrients that will encourage your nails to grow long + strong. They are super-easy to incorporate into our diets too!
