Are you thinking about going gluten-free? Spicy spinach, pepper and onion lettuce wraps are a delicious alternative to our much-loved burritos! They are spicy, tasty and super easy to make. Get cooking!

4 Lettuce Leaves
1 Chopped Onion
1 Sliced Pepper
½ Bag of Organic Spinach
1 Sliced Avocados
1 sliced Beef Tomato
3 tsp of Cayenne Pepper
1 Chopped Garlic Clove
1 tsp of Coconut Oil
3 tbs Water
On a medium heat, add the coconut oil to your frying pan.
When the oil is melted, throw in the chopped onion into your pan and stir occasionally with a wooden spoon.
Allow for the onion to soften, and then throw in the pepper after approx. 3-4 minutes.
While the onion and pepper are gently frying, lay out the lettuce leaves on the serving plates.
Stir in the cayenne pepper and continue to fry for 15 minutes.
In a separate pan, throw in the spinach, garlic, water and fry until the spinach has wilted and cooked.
Serve the onion, pepper and spinach into the lettuce leaves.
Top with sliced tomato and avocado.
Roll the spicy filling in the lettuce leaves.
And, voila! Spicy wraps ready to go!
