2 Organic Zucchinis
1 Handful of Fresh Basil
1 Handful of Sugar Snap Peas
1 Large White Onion
6 Stalks of Asparagus
1 Tbs of Organic Coconut Oil
Chop up the onion finely and slice the zucchinis into coin shapes.
On a medium heat and add the coconut oil to the pan.
Ensure that the coconut oil covers the frying pan and throw in the chopped onion.
Stir the onion occasionally with a wooden spoon, and, fry for 2 minutes.
Add in the zucchinis and ¾ of the fresh basil.
Once the zucchinis have softened, throw in the sugar snap peas and the asparagus.
Fry for around 8-10 minutes.
Once cooked, serve your summer sauté with your remaining basil.
