In need of a sweet snack? We all have those days where we want something sweet to perk us up! These uber-tasty clusters will happily do the trick! Bite on the crunchy peanuts + popcorn and chew into the sweetness of the raisins. One thing though – you may find them very moreish!

1 Cup of Organic Popcorn Kernels
3 Tbs. Organic Coconut Oil
5 Tbs. of Organic Maple Syrup
½ Cup of Raisins
1 Cup of Peanuts
1 Pinch of Sea Salt Flakes
12 Muffin Cases
Put the coconut oil in a saucepan on a medium heat.
Throw in 5 popcorn kernels, once they start popping add the rest of the popcorn kernels.
Turn off the heat and cover with a lid for half a minute.
Return to the heat, and, move the pan on and off the lid until the popping noises slows down.
Quickly empty the popcorn to a large bowl and rest for 5 minutes.
Add the raisins, peanuts, salt, maple syrup, and stir.
Once combined, put the mixture into the muffin cases.
Serve and enjoy!
