This super easy, lemon-y, tiny bit sweet salad dressing can be used on every type of salad you make! (I also use it on fish and chicken as a marinade). I make a big batch (in a mason jar) early in the week and use it for both my lunch and dinner salads!
Recipe type: dressing
2 cups Organic Extra Virgin Olive oil
2 -3 Lemons, freshly squeezed
1 tsp honey (i like local honey)
½ tsp sea salt
In a mason jar, add all ingredients
Shake like crazy!
You will need to shake it up each time you serve the dressing. Make sure lid is on tightly.
