You can customize the mason jar salad to include whatever foods you like. Some of my favorite combos are romaine lettuce, shredded carrots, tomatoes, cucumber, feta cheese, and grilled chicken for a Greek mason jar or spinach, strawberries, walnuts, goat cheese and chicken. Just make sure to put your heartier vegetables at the bottom so your delicate vegetables (lettuce, cucumber, etc.) don’t get all soggy from the dressing.
