1 tsp oil
½ pepper (chopped)
¼ onion (chopped)
¼ cup light Mexican blend cheese
1 sprouted grain tortilla wrap (or gluten free)
Heat a pan with the oil over medium heat.
Add the veggies and sauté for 3 minutes.
In a bowl, beat the eggs well. Then add them to the veggies.
Scramble the eggs with the veggies to your liking.
Add the cheese and scramble for 1 min (to melt the cheese).
When it’s done, add the eggs to the tortilla, wrap it and enjoy!
