EWG’s rating: 0 [Low hazard; Amazing!]
Leila’s Rating: 8 [Great; The tip was a little dull]
Her Review: The eyeliner went on smoothly, and is easy to apply. Her test for a great eyeliner is to after application see if the eyeliner transfers to the top of the eyelid when you blink. This eyeliner did not rub off! It lasted for hours and the color came out well. Her only suggest is to sharpen the pencil prior to application because the tip was a little dull.
How to apply: Always apply the eyeliner before mascara. For a natural look, keep your eye open and run the eyeliner over the upper lid for a thin line. If you like your eyeliner darker, apply a little more pressure on the pencil and reapply.
Which color to use: For a classic eyeliner appearance use a darker brown, black or even gray for the upper lid and for the lower lid a shade of chestnut, soft brown, soft gray, or soft black. For blue eyes, gold and copper tones make the eyes appear even blues. For green eyes, a reddish shade will really complement the green. For brown eyes, amber and darker shades of blue really make your eyes pop.
