To save time, keep all smoothie ingredients in one location in fridge / pantry. For example, I use the top shelf on my fridge door for the almond milk, almond butter, chia seeds and cacao. It makes it really easy to quickly grab what you need in the mornings. Some benefits to this smoothie: Bananas have silicon and potassium which help with nair and hair growth. Cacao helps our body retain moisture better (great for winter) as well as fight inflammation (the cause of sickness), chia seeds are high in omega’s and antioxidants (all around great), and cinnamon helps regulate our blood sugar so we don’t get highs and lows in our energy.
